All clients’ material supplied for proofreading, editing or any other purpose will be treated as strictly confidential. The material or the contents thereof will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written permission from the client.
If required we will gladly sign your own Non-Disclosure Agreement
Although we take the utmost care to avoid any errors, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising by out of such errors should they occur or be overlooked.
Due to the varied nature of our assignments we cannot be held responsible for errors relating to accuracy of information, technical accuracy, technical spelling and the spelling of foreign words.
We cannot be held responsible for any problems or consequential loss to the client arising as a result of delays by the post, document transmission and correction computer failure or errors in the original document be they grammatical or factual.
The ultimate responsibility for all material lies solely with the client in every case.
